Your health is more important than any game, even if the game is more important than your real life, your health always comes first. Any game creating company or a game creator will tell you the same, because nobody wants to hear that somebody actually harmed their body or became blind over playing WoW.
Because human bodies can't act like computers and work 24/7, we need to eat food and sleep - we also must take breaks from playing, even if it means to literally asking your opponent to take a short break. Like in school you have ten minute breaks after your each period for your brain to cool off a little, you need breaks when you play games.
What breaks should those be? Nothing difficult. Every hour or so, you just have to stand up from your playing position, twist and stretch your body for a bit. Walking to the kitchen getting a drink will do sometimes. Just doing a few sit-ups or just stretching your body and a few eye exercises like, concentrating on something in the distance for a while. The point to do this is so your body circulates your blood better.
You just need to do these simple things so your body does not get used to staying in this one position. Because after a few years of sitting in one position you can have a scar on your butt too. These tips may not seem that important and nothing bad will happen if you skip them, but if you think you can play for hours non-stop you should do these exercises to stay healthy, otherwise what is the point of being number one player if you can't show your real face to the world because it is so hairy, fat, ugly and afraid of sunlight.
